Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to run a job board and delete it when it is no longer needed.

What we collect
- Job seekers who apply
- Name, phone, email, an optional note and optional resume, the listing you applied to, and technical details (IP address, browser) used only to prevent abuse.
- Alert subscribers
- Email address, the search you saved, frequency, and your time zone (so digests arrive in the morning and are held over Shabbos and Yom Tov).
- Employers
- Email address, employer name and public details you enter, listings you post, and payment records for Featured purchases (card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us).
- Everyone
- Standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To deliver applications to the employer you chose, and to show employers their applicants.
- To send the emails you asked for: sign-in links, receipts, listing notices, alert digests.
- To detect spam and abuse, and to moderate listings.
- To publish listings, including to search engines such as Google for Jobs.
Who sees it
Your application, including any resume, is shown only to the employer of that listing, through a private link that expires. We do not sell personal information. Service providers that process data for us: Supabase (database and file storage), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (bot protection). Each is bound by its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
- Applications and resumes: 12 months, then deleted.
- IP addresses on applications: 30 days.
- Unconfirmed alert subscriptions: 7 days. Confirmed subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Listings: kept as an archive for the employer; public pages are removed within 90 days of expiry.
- Payment records: as long as required for accounting.
Your choices
- Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately.
- Account holders can delete their account from the settings page; this removes resumes, anonymizes applications and deletes subscriptions.

Children
The Service is for adults seeking or offering employment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes here. Material changes are announced on the Service.
