How it works

Two short tracks: one for Mashgichim looking for work, one for employers who need them.

For job seekers

  1. Search or browse. Start on the jobs page. Filter by city and radius, setting (restaurant, catering, plant, camp, hotel, institution, supermarket, agency), engagement type, schedule tags such as Shabbos coverage or Pesach season, and how recently the job was posted.
  2. Apply in three clicks. Every listing has an Apply button. Give your name, phone and email; add a short note or a resume if you like. The employer receives your application by email and in their dashboard. You do not need an account.
  3. Get alerts. Save any search as an email alert. You get one digest a day, only on days with new matches, or a weekly one if you prefer. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Optional: create a free account to save jobs, keep your application history, and store your details so the apply form is prefilled next time.

For employers

  1. Post for free. One form with a live preview: title, employer name, setting, location, engagement type, pay, description, and your email. Optional details such as schedule, start date, benefits and screening questions live under “More details”.
  2. Confirm by email. We send a sign-in link. One click creates your account and puts the listing live for 30 days. There is no password to remember.
  3. Hire from your dashboard. Applications arrive by email, instantly or as a daily digest, and appear in your applicant inbox with statuses, private notes, resume viewing, reply templates, and tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons. Edit, pause, renew, duplicate, or mark the job filled at any time.

Want more applicants? Feature a listing for 30 days to pin it to the top of search and the homepage.

Keeping the board trustworthy

Listings publish immediately. Automated checks hide anything that looks like spam, and two reports from the community take a listing down until a person at the Institute reviews it. Read the posting guidelines for what is and is not allowed.
