JOB TITLE: Rabbinic Field Supervisor

LOCATION: KVH Office & Mobile
HOURS: 40-50 weekly, Sunday-Fri
DAY OFF: Flexible
SALARY:$75,000-$90,000 (depending on experience) + 2 weeks paid time off
POSITION DESCRIPTION: To serve the KVH Kosher - Rabbinical Council of New England as a Field Supervisor in the Food Service department. The Field supervisor will regularly visit restaurants, catering sites, and supermarkets to ensure mashgichim are supported and carry out their responsibilities in accordance with KVH Kosher protocols.
LOCATIONS: 26 Lincoln St , Boston, MA & mobile
RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit KVH Kosher certified locations:
Check in with onsite mashgiach and address any immediate concerns
Ensure all locations are adequately stocked with the correct supplies.
Occasionally fill in as a backup mashgiach when necessary
Work with the Food Service Director & Kashrus Administrator to review and update protocol documents, communicating policy changes to all parties when needed.
Reporting
Digital reports of all inspections
Daily communication with Food Service Director
Weekly KVH Kashrus staff meeting with the Kashrus Administrator and Account Coordinators
Weekly summary of past events along with a review of the setup of the following week's events, in addition to any pressing issues.
Monthly summary of reporting.
